This weekend, I had an opportunity to be in my bathing suit. I can’t tell you how good it feels to walk openly and freely around with no cover up. To feel proud of how you look, to know that I finally made a commitment to a better version of me. One that now feels as pretty on the outside as I did on the inside. And to know that a company exists that was just as committed as I was to the cause.
You should feel really proud of what you do. That you have a formula that works. You have a formula that introduces better, stronger more fit people into the world.
I had so many friends look at me with distain when I told them how much money I was spending. In some respect, they thought I was crazy. I did the math. It was about $200 per pound. I wonder how many people would jump at the thought to shed their insecurities, the disgusting looks in the mirror that I gave myself over the last couple of years, for what I now call a measly $200 per pound. I would gladly pay it all over again.
Mariah, when I first met you, you told me I would have the best summer of my life. There is not a doubt you will be right. My internal light is shining as bright as it possibly could be.
I thank you for the commitment you made to me. And I am now even more thankful to the one I made to myself. This type of commitment feels good. Real good.
Thank you for all that you do. You have my continued support and referrals."
-Reveal #111, 127 to 110 lbs, 22% to 9% bodyfat, 12 Weeks
"Hey, just wanted to say THANKS again for helping to activate the most important muscle of all, the "faith" muscle, i.e. actuallly being able to believe elite fitness was achievable for an "regular" person like me...
I was prompted to write because I set a new PR in my "Fran" time, my first sub-3 minute Fran (by the slimmest of margins, did it in 2:59 last week). Somehow I thought you would love to hear that...I couldn't have done it if you hadn't gotten me to believe...
I thought it merited a huge THANK YOU to you because you helped me learn to set "ridiculous" goals like a sub-3 minute Fran time.
It wasn't all that long ago that you had me do a Fran as a homework assignment and it took me a full 20 excrutiating minutes to get through the thing. .."
