
Fitness is ageless.
It is also cumulative.
So please stop thinking you're "too old."
If anything you're "too young."
Because youth implies that you are immature.
Your self-discipline now is not what it will be.
Nor is your self-control.
Those two things -
once called wisdom -
in my experience outweigh "age."
My best clients are over 50.
Kitty, above, is over 60.
So no more age excuses.
