Ingredients:
1/4 C. Ground Flax Seeds
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Coconut oil
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 Packet Stevia
2 TBS. Blueberries
Directions:
Stir ingredients in a coffee mug, microwave for 1 minute and enjoy!
