Finding something that tastes like a cheat but packs 7 grams of protein and 1.8 grams of carbs per serving is one of those moments that makes you step back and say, "Yeah. Life. It totally is worth living."
We discovered this little brownie recipe on ProteinPOW.com, a blog written by Anna Sward and dedicated to protein powder recipes. It was contributed by Layne Norton, who in addition to having a PhD in nutritional sciences, also happens to be a natural pro bodybuilder.
Enjoy.
