Reveal #512, 55 years young. Lost 40lbs & 18% bodyfat in 12 Weeks!

"This was taken on Feb 4 at 150 lbs. That's about 3.5 Wks into my 12 Week Challenge. I'd lost 9 lbs since we officially started, and had lost 14.6 lbs since I first met with Mariah on Dec 30." - Reveal #512, 55 years young. 165 to 125 lbs, 31% to 13% bodyfat. 12 Weeks

You did a great job pulling it out of me without making me cranky about the work it takes - that's quite a talent!

Remember when you & Mariah came over for Orientation and I told you "I'm the kind of person who has always avoided exercise if I can possibly do so?" So that makes your being proud of me all the more rewarding. I'd never have expected to be a "good client" poster girl! Cracks me up actually - I'm gonna have to realign my self-image, huh?"
