Jordan's Figure Competition

A week ago we introduced Jordan Seales here on the Revelation Fitness blog. Jordan is an online personal training client on a quest to Reveal Her Bikini Body in just 12 short weeks when she will compete on-stage in a figure competition.

Just one short week into her quest Jordan is down 12 lbs, from 187.8 to 175.2. She has lost a ton of inches, including 2 off her belly.

Jordan's biggest breakthrough this week was her ability to take total responsibility for everything that happened to her. She had challenges that cropped up in her readiness to eat clean, her ability to train, and so forth. We all do, don't we? Rather than explain away her issues or make excuses, however, Jordan gritted her teeth and said to the universe, "BRING IT." And bring it the universe did. But whatever challenges life threw her way, Jordan brushed them off: so singularly focused she was on her goal.

Stay tuned. This girl is going to be AMAZING. You can follow Jordan directly on her blog, jordanseales.blogspot.com.
