For the next 3 months, 3 days a week your trainer will come to your house for a 1-hour session. Outside the session you receive nutrition programming and counseling with the help of our online software, cardio homework assignments guided by your heart rate monitor, and weekly program tweaks depending on your goals and motivation level.

You will also receive a two-hour orientation session in which we get you set up on the software, heart rate monitor, assess your goals, determine your program trajectory, do your bodyfat, measurements, and before pictures, do a vision board for your program, and just generally make a plan.

Finally, you will receive a copy of the RevFit Playbook, a one-year Calorie King membership and a Polar heart rate monitor.

Suffice it to say: when Jim and I created the contest we only intended for there to be one winner. What we did not plan for was a deluge of applicants from out of town.
