What It's All About




"This really has to be the best investment I've ever made.

...

I needed someone to tell me what to do - with a little bit of arguing on my part (right Stephanie....) I've learned how to make the right decisions about food - the major part of the Program - and then what workouts were best to get me into tip-top shape (this was where most of the arguing took place).

It's been almost two months later and I'm actually a little below my goal weight. Even contemplating moving the scale down a notch or two.

When I started this, this was my ship-burning statement: "In the 54 years I've been on this planet, I've taken care of a husband (of course, being an ex, he'd disagree), our son and my mother. Now I'm fixing to take care of myself. In 3 months from now, I'll be in the best shape of my life. And then I intend to stay that way."

Still don't like the lunges. Will avoid doing any sort of lunges. Will always avoid doing any sort of lunges.

...

As Mariah said, she didn't care how many lunges I did or did not do, it was staying on target on the food intake/calculations. And I'm enough of a numbers nerd to have been goofy about inputting my nutrition info every day and plugging my numbers into the spreadsheet. What's nice now is that I can mentally know what I've eaten (and what it might do to me) and how hard I'm exerting myself on the exercise front.

Again, best investment ever.

"I Wish I Could but I Can't...

I can help you, coach you, push you, and motivate you, but I can't WANT it for you. It is for you to decide how hard you are willing to work, and how bad you want to reach your goals. This is why we stress the importance of ship burning goals, and why we tell you to do the vision boards, tell your friends, publicize your plans, etc. We want you to realize that you have come to us because you want to make a change in your life. Well now there is no going back, so put it out there for everybody to see and MAKE THAT CHANGE.




The only thing stopping you from being who you want to be is YOU. It's not your kids, your job, your social events, or your hectic lifestyle, it's you. When you finally decide that enough is enough and you are ready to change your life no matter what it takes, then I can promise you that we will get you there. If you only put one foot in the water to see if it's comfortable before you jump in then I'm sorry, but you probably won't make it. If you constantly give yourself an out or a reason to quit, then you've never even given yourself a chance because you're already expecting to fail.



If you can look in the mirror and tell yourself that you will hit every single goal that you've set and you don't give a damn who or what gets in your way, then email me and tell me you're ready to book your photo shoot, because you're going to make it.

What affect has the 'majority' had on your life?

Majority opioion
Majority values
Majority swarming with the wind
like a flock of bees
with rules, standards, and guidelines
that are to a large degree arbitrary
and most of the time
just don't make any sense?


Are you caving into the "reality" that is your life,
explaining to people why they should understand your woes
feel sorry for you
the victim
like so many celebrities
and reality tv show stars
whom we love to hate
and judge
and mock

because they are ruled by fear

just like us?


It's easier to judge others than it is to fix ourselves

The people with 8 kids
Who have affairs
And can't work through it
Just like us

It's sociopathic.

What boundaries
have you let others create for you?
Rules they make
To make life 'easier for everyone'
Like a flock of bees
Bringing honey to the queen?
